Duet Wifi 2020 Case / Mount

Here is a simple guide for assembling a Duet Wifi onto 2020 extrusion: The case fits a 40x40mm fan perfectly, with half of the air ducted under the board and half over. I set mine to turn on at 38C to 30% and report temperature warnings from drivers. First Step: Mount the Duet inside the case using four M4x5 or M4x8 screws. Second Step: Mount the fan, which attaches with M4 screws long enough to pass through the fan. You won't need nuts to secure it in place because the screws should thread into the case easily. Third Step: After mounting the Duet, place the duct between the board and the fan and use a few drops of glue to hold it in place. Mine was tight enough not to require any glue, but I did put a drop of super glue on the corners for extra security. Fourth Step: Mount the case onto 2020 extrusions using three M5x8 screws and three M5 T nuts. Lastly: Mount the lid with four M3 screws that are at least 8mm long. Use washers if you have them, and the screws should thread into the plastic easily.
