Duet Maestro Enclosure with Wire Storage (Quad Fusion Ready)

The remix of this enclosure will fit most aluminum frame 3D printers, including those from 2040 in 2025 and is ready for Quad Fusion printing. It also fits current Duet boards perfectly. This version of the Duet enclosure features a dedicated storage space for extra wiring, keeping it out of the main board area. This comes with two lids: one regular flat lid and another that will fit even after plugging in the expansion board for the Quad Fusion. The Quad Fusion Ready lid uses a lot of support filament during printing but can be flipped over to reduce this amount if desired. Both lids slide onto the enclosure, providing ample room for wire management. This model includes a plug made from wire that inserts into the storage area. You can create your own plug with any wire size or loom you prefer. I designed and printed the plug separately so you won't need to reprint the entire enclosure. All you'll have to do is design and print the plug, which suits the wire size or loom you're using. I used a standard black wire loom from Home Depot for this purpose. The hardware required to mount the printer includes four M4-0.70 x 8mm screws and four M4 T-Slot Nuts. To attach the board to the enclosure, you'll need four M4-0.70 Nylon Lock Nuts that won't come loose during a print, along with four M4-0.70 x 16mm screws. I bought all this hardware at my local Home Depot store.
