Duet Laser Sensor Housing for cloned Titan Bowden Extruder
thingiverse
Housing for the Duet Laser Filament Sensor V1.7. It's been mounted directly to my Tronxy X5SA Pro's Titan filament feeder, replacing the original aluminum part that held the PC4-M10 fitting in place. Since I'm not sure if all Titan clones are built identically, you may need to remix this housing for your specific feeder. BOM: - 2x M3 Nut - 2x M3x16 screw - Approximately 26.5-27mm PTFE tube - 1x PC4-M10 (Reuse from feeder) The PTFE tube needs to be inserted into the base part, as shown in the attached picture. The nut holes are very tight and require molding using a hot air gun. Similarly, heat up the PC4-M10 with a hot air gun before screwing it in for high stability despite being made of plastic.
