Duet CR10V2 Adapter

A simple plate adapter is designed to install the Duet 2 Ethernet and utilize the current screw layout pattern in the CR10V2 electronics enclosure for mounting the plate. The fan is slightly repositioned to force air over the stepper motor drivers. The board is secured to the plate via standoffs that are attached to heat-set inserts pressed into the plate, although it could be simply raised and tapped instead to save on heat inserts (a version without them may be created later). Heat inserts from McMaster were used, but other M3 ones should fit perfectly well. This project was undertaken to replace the main board with a Duet and modify the back panel to feature all connectors rather than just the heated bed.
