Duet case

This is a unique challenge for the Duet 3D printer controller. BOM Breakdown: 15mm nylon spacers create crucial space under the PCB for wire placement. 4x M3 screws firmly secure the PCB in place. 2 screws strategically attach the case, ensuring a snug fit. A rectangular sheet of acrylic measures 100 x 123 x 3mm. Switching to acrylic yields several benefits, including significantly reduced print times and an exquisite finish. To achieve this finish, the acrylic sheet is simply glued to the inside of the case. A generous amount of infill – set at 20% – ensures stability, and PLA is the chosen material for these prints. To facilitate secure connections, screw terminals are employed on the PCB; this design adjustment resulted in a case slightly larger than the board itself.
