<h4>Duet 3 Mini 5+ Wifi case for Prusa Full Bear upgrade.<br>&nbsp;</h4><p>Its designed to fit Prusa Full Bear upgrade by <strong>Grégoire Saunier</strong><br><a href="https://github.com/gregsaun/prusa_i3_bear_upgrade">https://github.com/gregsaun/prusa_i3_bear_upgrade</a></p><p>I have taken some inspiration from here and there for this design.<br>But this is not a remix, this case is built purposely for this use from ground up :)<br><br>It easily fits Duet 3 Mini 5+ Wifi board.<br>Theres enough room for all necessary cables inside and mounting for cable ties.<br>It also has place for <strong>40mm fan</strong> and a duct that helps to cool down your drivers if needed.'</p><p><strong>In ambient temperatures 40mm 12V fan keeps MCU temps around 35C.&nbsp;</strong></p><p>There are two <strong>BODY and COVER </strong>files.</p><p><strong>MK3 files are for latest, longer Bear Frame (371mm).</strong><br>You probably have this one.</p><p><strong>MK2 files are for shorter, older frame kit. (361mm)</strong></p><h4><strong>MK2 fits both frames, but MK3 fits only longer frame!</strong></h4><p><br>Clamps and 40mm cover works with both versions.<br>Fan cover is not necessary and you can also print different designs from somewhere else if you want.<br>Fan mounts with two bolts, two extra holes are for aesthetic. You can add two bolts to those holes (ID 2.8mm).</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h3>Print instructions</h3><p><strong>You need to print one large clamp and two small clamps.</strong></p><p>Print with layer height 0.20mm</p><p>PETG is recommended.</p><p>2 perimeters is enough, 3 is better :)</p><p>20% infill, Gyroid is good.</p><p>No supports needed.</p><p>Check photos for print orientation.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h4>Recommended hardware</h4><p>5 x M3 Square nuts<br>11x M3 Nuts<br>4 x M3x16 bolts (board)<br>8 x M3x12 bolts (cover, large clamp, fan)<br>4 x M3x10 bolts (small clamps)<br>2 x M3x23 bolts (fan mounting)</p><p><strong>Mounting goes with same hardware from Bear Kit</strong><br>Some bolts can be longer so dont worry if you dont have everything correct size, try and test :)</p><p>I hope you like my design and you try it out.</p><p>If you have any questions or comments feel free to ask!</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Photos are from proto but differences are not huge between uploaded parts, some clearances only :)</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
