Duet 2 Wifi / Ethernet / Maestro enclosure

This is a Duet 2 Maestro / WiFi / Ethernet enclosure, designed as a standalone solution (not mounted directly to the printer). Originally intended for the new Duet Maestro, it can easily be used with the Duet WiFi or Duet Ethernet since all Duet boards share the same size and mounting holes. The blower fan at the bottom is used to cool down stepper drivers and can be connected to either an "Always on" fan or a PWM fan. The lid features a snap-in design for easy access to the internals. A 4.3 inch TFT case is mounted to the lid using three M3 x 10mm screws, detachable in case you prefer mounting the display elsewhere. For printer connection, I'm using DB25 / DB9 and MPX connectors/plugs, allowing me to swap controllers as needed. The DB25 connector connects with stepper motors and endstops, while the DB9 connector connects with the hotend (heater, Z-Probe, and fans). One of the MPX goes to the heated bed (if used), and the other is meant for LED lights or any other preference. Check the "Connectors pinout" PDF file for detailed information. UPDATE: I redesigned the snap-in latches on the lid as separate parts, which can be printed in a different orientation for added strength. If they break, you can simply replace them without reprinting the whole lid. Note that the latches are a tight fit, so you'll need to insert them with some force. Print the lid without supports to avoid blocking the snap-ins. UPDATE: I've added the STEP file, allowing others to remix the case for different LCD sizes and customization. The Duet 2 Wifi board used for modeling is missing due to STL conversion for performance reasons. If you need the board for remixing, you can find a decent model on GrabCAD made by Phil Maddox at [Duet2WifiPCB].
