Duet 2 Maestro v. 1 2020 case remixed for access to SD card and USB

I loved the way thedorje remixed Moederbeer's Duet Maestro 2020 case, but I needed more freedom to connect my devices. Specifically, I wanted easy access to the USB port and SD card slot. I also desired multiple cable entry points that aren't all crammed onto one side of the extrusion. To achieve this, I built upon thedorje's design and gave myself unhindered access to both the SD and USB ports. Additionally, on the side with the fan, I expanded some of the grill holes to create a pathway for cables to enter and reach the interior of the case. For the top panel, I opted to use Moederbeer's original design as it perfectly suited my needs.
