Due Squared - a Qi Dual charger

When I saw the Apple Watch hit stores, I started to notice some amazing designs that integrated a watch charger and phone dock. At that time, I had a first-gen Moto 360 and wanted to create something similar with two Qi chargers. My initial attempt was the Due charger, which is listed as a remix for the new Due Squared. However, my first generation of the Due was massive, cumbersome and took almost an entire day to print due to its complex design. I'm excited that this newer version fixes most of those issues, with only one wire required if you're using two Qi chargers. This new model also features simplified assembly and fewer printed parts require support material, making it much cleaner and more modular overall. The watch charger was designed to fit the first-gen Moto 360 but it should also accommodate a second-gen Motorola watch of larger size as well. Although I don't own one myself, I'm confident that dimensions for a Huawei watch are available and could lead to me creating an additional design to accommodate those specific models. When it comes to charging phones, there are two different options provided - one is based on wireless charging while the other incorporates a micro-usb plug in. Each part of the setup relies on friction fits making assembly quite straightforward. I'd be happy to create custom designs if you have any special requests or needs that aren't met by these models - just let me know and I'll give it my best shot! As for the 3D printing settings used, they're listed below for your reference: Printer Brand: Printrbot Model: Simple Black Rafts: No supports needed. Supports: Yes - in limited cases (like with a certain part) Resolution: Between 0.2 mm and 0.3 mm Infill Density: At least 30% All STL files are measured in centimeters, so if importing them using metric scale by 10 will be accurate. Additional Notes from Printing Process: When printing the watch's bottom piece and top piece it prints best at a resolution of 0.2mm and works fairly well for phone parts with 0.3mm print quality is decent and needed no supports apart from the tiny section of one part near wireless charging spot; also requires minimal support for stand.
