Ducted Fan

Hi,\r\n\r\nI'm using my Design Ducted Fan 100mm, powered by an Inner Brushless Motor 3660 3800KV & ESC 80A.\r\n"This motor is specifically designed for my Brushless motor 3660"\r\nMotor: https://sea.banggood.com/custlink/vv33S6EsDt\r\nESC: https://sea.banggood.com/custlink/mmGGSgRNDo\r\n\r\nI haven't conducted a thrust test yet, but I'll update later.\r\n\r\nOn August 21st, I had to swap the shaft for a CNC aluminum one because the 3D printed version was causing too much vibration in the fan. I also updated the fan with a cap. The thrust test video is below, and unfortunately, it wasn't very satisfying - the fan was too heavy for the motor, so the maximum thrust was only around 1.5-1.7kg, and the motor drew over 100A. Maybe reducing the infill percent and increasing the wall thickness of the fan blade (my test ducted fan has a 1mm wall thickness and 98% infill) could help reduce the fan's weight and make it more suitable for high RPMs.
