Maurizio Cattelan is the mastermind behind Toiletpaper and that infamous solid-gold toilet previously installed at the Guggenheim. He attached a banana to a wall at Art Basel, dubbed it Comedian, and sold it for a whopping $120,000. Cattelan created three of these works, after selling the second one for another $120,000, he boosted the asking price on the third to $150,000. I designed a 3D model of the Duct Tape Banana, and now you can print it to display as any other art piece or even attach magnets to stick it to metal surfaces with ease.
