I engineered this component specifically due to issues with the factory model's cooling system, which failed to properly cool prints, causing the material to curl during assembly. To overcome these problems, I incorporated an additional hole that was initially unused by the printer's creator. When assembling this part, users can take advantage of the existing factory screw hole and utilize the supplementary hole for added stability. Printing from ABS is highly recommended because PLA often fails to properly plasticize when printing with ABS, resulting in a subpar finish. The design has been optimized so that supports are not required, making the printing process more efficient.
