DuckyPad Case/Plate Full Border

This is a full covering version of the DuckyPad case, with no slots for the SD reader and two buttons as i can write to the SD directly via the DuckyPad Configurator and don't need the buttons. I also remixed the [extended cover plate](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4805116), to fill up the SD and USB-C cutouts, which makes it quite clean! And the button was also increased by 4 mm, although i think it looks ugly so if you have a better idea, feel free to remix it. Surprisingly this has no issues with the SD card and buttons. It all slid in with a bit of friction but i did not need to file anything down after the print. Only issue i have is that the short screw below the profile buttons could not reach through the bottom plate. I suppose this issue also exists on the original model though since I did not change it, or it is a print settings thing. Of course you can just grab a longer screw if you have one.
