DuckBunny Video Dual Extrusion DuckBunny Video I created the "DuckBunny" illusion for my grandkids as a fun project. Seeing similar models made from various materials sparked my desire to try 3D printing one myself. Despite my limited artistic skills, the kids love them! To accommodate different printers, I've included separate files: "DuckBunny.stl" for single extrusion printers and "DuckBunny.3mf" for dual extrusion printers, inspired by Tim's YouTube videos at https://www.youtube.com/user/henders007/featured. For advanced users, the component files "DuckBunnyBody.stl" and "DuckBunnyInsert.stl" allow you to merge the model with your preferred slicer for dual extrusion printing. At 0.2mm layer height with 20% infill, the single extrusion model prints horizontally in around 45 minutes, as seen in the STL files. I've tried various printing methods: horizontal without supports, horizontal with supports, and vertical with a brim and supports (as shown in the photograph). Printing vertically offers excellent side-to-side symmetry and detail but requires more time and material for the brim and supports. I hope you enjoy this 3D printed DuckBunny! It was designed using Autodesk Fusion 360, sliced with Cura 4.1, and printed on an Ultimaker 2+ Extended and an Ultimaker 3 Extended in PLA.
