Duck Tape-Roller

This design takes inspiration from a manual tape roller built with wood that caught my attention somewhere. It's supposed to work well with all types of tapes up to 15 mm in diameter, along with a 25 mm hole in the center. A unique feature of this tape roller is the duck-tail which includes spikes to make easy work of cutting through the tape.
