This spacer is designed to secure a motorcycle safely within a trailer without relying on straps, providing peace of mind during transport. Unfortunately, the company that originally manufactured these restraints has ceased operations, leaving enthusiasts like my friend in need of custom solutions. His Ducati 1199R Panigale's one-sided swing arm presented a unique challenge, but with access to a 3D printer, I was able to produce a customized spacer using ABS plastic with 100% infill density. Now, it remains to be seen whether this DIY solution will prove effective in its intended application.
