Ducati 1198 Regulator Rectifier Upgrade Mount Plate

This is a custom mount plate for a popular regulator rectifier upgrade for the Ducati 1198 using FH020AA MOSFET + Triumph T2500676 harness to replace the failing Ducati OEM regulator rectifier, which overheats excessively. The upgraded part and Triumph harness can be sourced together as a package from roadstercycle.com. The mount plate should be manufactured on a CNC machine. I've attached original SolidWorks files and a Ducati font used in one of the diagrams for your reference. Two part files contain identical diagrams, with the sole difference being engraved letters "DUCATI SBK". Depending on your CNC machine's specifics, you may need tweaks to these letters; one file doesn't rely on custom Ducati font. You'll need additional mounting hardware: 2 A2 DIN 7991 M6 14mm bolts for securing the mount plate to the motorcycle chassis, 2 A2 DIN 912 M6 20mm bolts for attaching the new reg rec to the mount plate, 2 cylindrical spacers (10x10x10mm) to offset the ECU for accommodating the larger size of the new reg rec, and 2 A2 DIN6912 or ISO 7380 M6 45-50mm bolts to replace original ECU mount bolts. Note: Use thread locker with all bolts for added security.
