Dubby Sled Aux Fence Mount

Dubby Sled Aux Fence Mount

This device is a straightforward print for attaching an auxiliary fence to a Dubby table saw sled. It necessitates the use of #10-24 1 1/2 inch flathead machine screws and nuts. The nuts fit snugly into the cutout in the mounts, while the bolts are countersunk just enough to screw securely into the mounts, which then slide into Dubby's tubular slot for the adjustable stop. If you build the wood fence at least 3/4 of an inch thick, the 1 1/2 inch bolts function perfectly fine. Make sure not to repeat my mistake and drill the first hole too close to the end or the fence won't project far enough from the sled. Approximately 7 1/2 inches appears to be a suitable length for the fence.
