The Dubai City model features a realistic road network, streets, and buildings based on real data. It includes individual building groups with a metro system that can be turned on or off. Positioned on a flat surface, all buildings are located on the "floor." The model is untextured, rendering quickly in Maya mental ray. A render session is included, as well as parking land. Textures aren't included, but colors can be changed in any 3D software using materials. Geometry consists of polygonal quads and tris. The format is available in Maya and Fbx.
