A redesigned version of mathgrrl's design is provided here, scaled to fit the 1910 expansion cards. Two versions are available - one with squared corners and another with rounded ones. The latter looks more attractive, but the former can be used if preferred. Both versions can be printed without an inset, displaying just the letters as engravings for those who don't have dual-strusion. However, the print will look much better with the inset dualstruded into it. Note that this design is sized for the 1910 expansion cards. If you have original recipe cards, consider getting the 1910 expansion as it offers more comfortable card size. For those who want to use this design with original recipe cards, scale it down in X and Y axes (but not Z) by 0.79 before printing.
