Dualstrusion Ball in Cube
thingiverse
I came across a marble in a cube design and decided to create my own dual-extrusion ball within a cube. I designed it using Autodesk Inventor to enable free movement of the ball inside the cube. For printing, I used a MakerBot Replicator, with a flat base on the ball for better adhesion to the build surface. The ball was printed at 10% infill while the cube had 30% infill. To minimize oozing issues during printing, I turned on the skirt feature, setting it as tall as the cube, which helped catch most of the longer strands, but still some minor color bleed-through occurred in certain areas.
