Dualshock 4 / PS4 Controller L2 and R2 Button Replacements

One of the triggers was broken on my PS4 controller, and I decided to 3D model some new ones instead of replacing them with generic replacements. These are flat replacement L2 and R2 buttons for the first gen PS4 controller (CUH-ZCT1). The buttons are not modeled to be exact replacements, they are flat and chamfered on the front, both as I wanted something that was a bit nicer to use, and to make it much easier to 3d print. This requires disassembling the controller to install, and will replace the original triggers entirely. Here is a guide from Ifixit on disassembling the PS4 controller enough to get to the triggers: https://www.ifixit.com/Guide/DualShock+4+(CUH-ZCT1U)+Battery+Replacement/22074Here's an Ifixit guide on installing the spring and trigger: https://www.ifixit.com/Guide/DualShock+4+(CUH-ZCT1U)+Battery+Replacement/22074These are fully 3d printable, though it will need supports for the hinge pins. Printing at the lowest layer height you can will result in the best print, this part is small, and the hinges work best at a low layer height. I used 0.08 and had decent results with PLA+In order to account for any variation in deadzones and controllers, there are 3 versions of both L2 and R2:V1.0.0 is 1mm for the button pad height this will help if your controller has a worn button pad like mine had on one side.V1.0.2 is 0.8mm for the button pad height. This will likely work with most, if not all controllers.V1.0.3 is 0.7mm for the button pad height. This will move the inner deadzone farther, though too far will result in not reaching 100% when fully pressed. STEP and STL files are included. These are accompanied by the L1/R1 buttons here:https://www.printables.com/model/869597-dualshock-4-ps4-controller-l1-and-r1-button-replacIf you appreciate my designs and would like to support my work:https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/DarknessinDaylight
