This thing was designed with Tinkercad. Edit it online https://www.tinkercad.com/things/vqJvNQjLg9V Print Settings Printer Brand: Deltaprintr Printer: Deltaprintr Kit Rafts: No Supports: No Infill: 100% Notes: Black PolyMax at 185 degrees, 60mm/sec. This is a mod of the original http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1195771 by Dpbailey to include holes and a center sleeve so the two fans can cool the hot end as well. I'm not sure yet if it's a good idea but I plan to try later. The height of the cylinder that I originally added has been reduced by 2mm because it hit the hot end plate. The unit is working well on my Deltaprintr Kit. The heater is wrapped with PTFE pipe jointing tape to help insulate it from the cooling air of the fans and also holds the thermistor in place securely. Additionally, the thermistor has thermal heat sink compound around it in the heater block hole for better temperature accuracy. A second duct has recessed spaces for the heads of the arm mount screws but I have not printed that one yet or really checked the recess positions. I used fans from Jaycar http://www.jaycar.com.au/Electromechanical-Components/Fans-&-Accessories/Axial-AC-DC/40mm-12V-DC-Fan/p/YX2502 Thinner fans are also available and using them would be okay if saving mass at the cost of some air flow is acceptable. Additionally, a pair of fans from Ebay would save lots of $$$ too. So far I'm very happy with the results. Thank you Dpbailey May 2017 UPDATE: I've added version four. It has a cut-out top to fit higher up so a LED ring can be placed underneath the fan assembly. The LEDs simply run off the fan supply and flicker a bit but that's not really a problem. It all holds together with hot melt glue. This mod came about as there was a failure on my Deltaprintr causing it to stop moving but continue extruding. Fortunately, after heating everything up again I managed to get the plastic out of the fan duct so I decided to modify it once more.
