A belt tensioner for Ender 3 belt synchronized Dual Z systems with a single stepper. Uses 608 bearings. Compatible with long belts, I use a 752mm belt. Note, realistically this isn't under much strain so it doesn't need to use real 608 bearings, you could print one too! May I suggest https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4581062 Print instructions: 4x SpecialWasher 2x BearingPulley 2x BearingCenterer 1x everything else. Assembly instructions: 1. Press fit BearingCenterer into center of 608 bearing. 2. Press fit 608 bearing into BearingPulley (to maximum depth). 3. Place pulleys into position, place belt into the inner pulley. 4. Bolt strap on top - 4 12mm or less m3 screws to hold in place, 2 18mm m3 through pulleys. m3 nuts should press fit on the bottom. 5. 4x screws through SpecialWashers (Optional). 2x into 2 T nuts in top rail, 2x into BottomStrengthener (press fit nuts into this piece) 6. 2x screws into 2 T nuts in rear of top rail. I use TR8x1 for the highest resolution) 1x TR8 leadscrew nut or anti backlash nut (2 if changing both rods) 2x 608 bearings 2x Timing belt pulleys (I use 20mm/60 tooth pulleys, any size will work 1x timing belt (From 696mm to ~800mm, I use 752mm) M3 mounting hardware and T slot nuts.
