Its a dual Z brace support system, with integrated bearing guide for dual Z rod, and a filament guide on top with bearing wheel at the left side. Works with single and dual z rod setup, with or without motor, and with or without bearing wheels at the top (print socket is enough to make it steady, however it will give you a little moving area. Even the filament guide and bearing wheel at top, and the small filament guide, there fit directly onto the z rod mount at the stepper motor.
