Dual z-axis timing belt tensioner
thingiverse
This is a timing belt tensioner for dual z axis on a custom printer that I built. Is similar to a CR-10, but uses 60 tooth GT2 pullies and a 1140mm GT2 belt to connect the z axis lead screws. The timing belt is 100mm too long so I needed something to take up the slack. Parts needed for this tensioner are 1 - GT2 20 tooth idler pulley with a 5mm bore 2 - GT2 toothless idler pullies with a 5mm bore 2 - M5 x 30 hex socket head cap screws 2 - M5 washers 1 - M5 x 20 hex socket head cap screw 9 - M3 x 14 hex socket button head cap screws 1 - M4 x 25 hex socket head cap screw 1 - M4 nut
