Update Jun26'19: Still in sync! If you own an Anet E12, or even an E10 that struggles with left and right Z-axis alignment issues, this must-print project is for you! Update Apr5'19: I reviewed the parts in 3ds max, discovered some overlapping components and inconsistent tolerance levels. I adjusted the tolerance between sliding parts and caps to 0.3mm. Dual Z-axis Belt Tensioner for Synchronizer (Anet E12) by gtrslngrchris I extended the housing by 5mm longer, added 2mm to the slider carriage for better part clearance. This modification ensures that all components fit together seamlessly. After using this solution for a few months, I can confidently say it works perfectly! If you're experiencing problems with your bed needing frequent re-leveling due to dual Z-axis misalignment issues, try this project – it's an excellent fix!
