Dual-Tone Car Horn for Bicycle

I Have a Super LOUD Horn for Your Bicycle! As an avid commuter on my electric bike, I'm always looking for ways to share the road safely with cars. I've tried countless "horns" designed specifically for bicycles, but they've all fallen short in terms of effectively communicating with drivers. That's why I set out to create a truly remarkable horn that could rival the sound produced by a real car alarm. I started with a genuine car horn and built my project around it, seeking a battery solution that was both simple and easily accessible. During my research, I discovered the Dremel/Bosch form-factor, which offered a convenient "slide in/lock" interface that perfectly fit my needs. This design not only made it easy to swap batteries but also reduced the overall weight of the assembly. For those who prioritize weight, here are some key specs: * The complete assembly weighs 703 grams with a 3500mAh battery installed. * Without the battery, the assembly weighs 549 grams. To give you a better idea of the horn's effectiveness, I've included two short videos that showcase its impressive sound. Despite their brevity, these clips hardly do justice to the actual experience – it's incredibly loud!
