Dual strusion light house

I completed an OpenSCAD version of the lighthouse design in a single color. Despite refining my code, I encountered an issue when printing in dual-struded colors; the lighthouse and building shifted halfway through by 1mm. To resolve this, I separated each section into groups, ensured proper alignment and color setup, exported red and white parts individually as STLs. A monochrome print confirms successful design. Any advice for fixing the dual-struded staggering issue?
