This design is a direct clone of an original component from a Troy build 495 spool. It fits snugly into the socket just like the flawed original it replaced.\r\n\r\nI produced this replica using a 3-walled structure, a layer height of 0.2 millimeters and 20% infill density with PLA material. So far, it seems to be withstanding stress perfectly, while the authentic part was listed as being fabricated from ABS.
