I fine-tuned and optimized the dual spool system. Several versions are shown here, with pictures highlighting the "dual spool low" version. A 1kg spool hangs effortlessly from it, but if you're unsure, I recommend opting for the "dual spool high cut". The bearings used are model 608. One particularly useful feature is clips - anyone who frequently changes filament will appreciate this convenience. If you have any questions, just ask and I'll respond as quickly as possible.
