Dual Spool Filament Dry Box - Ikea 365+

Update: 15/12/2021 I saw a video where the covers of the bearings were removed to make them a bit more free to spin, I would recommend doing this. i'm going to pull my boxes apart and remove the covers to reduce resistance as much as possible. i'm also going to print some filament filters/oilers to ensure the filament doesnt drag on the inside of the ptfe. i think it would be best if the ptfe tube was as short as possible Update: 19/10/21 -The original files uploaded where some v2 that I had made some changes to, for some reason they didn't print well. I'm using the v1 rollers, however I've made a few changes and uploaded v3s. They are slightly longer and the bearing should recess in a little on the inside edge to reduce the gap between the roller and the centre spacer. Its close enough with the original rollers but my OCD says it could be closer. I'll be printing the v3s if I make a 3rd dry box. -Also i increased the centre diameter of the spacer, i had to use a deburr tool on mine to open them up a bit. I've taken a few different designs and came up with a solution that worked for me. Initially I tried a few of the sources and just couldn't get them working in a way i was happy with, after reading some comments on them I decided to use a few different ideas from each of them. I used the rollers from the original dry box (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3320749) but I modified them to be a little longer and have a ridge on them. I used the idea from the rigid frame dry box (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4570340) to have the front rollers a bit higher than the rear to stop the spool from being pulled forward when empty. I've used the remixed silica gel holder because my hygrometers came with the offset clips. and finally I used an idea from a comment on the rigid dry box about just mounting a threaded rod all the way through rather than printing a frame. Parts to Print: 2 x Lower Rollers 2 x Upper Rollers 4 x spacers 1 x Gel container modified (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4754660) 1 x gel container lid (ensure you enable 'print thin walls') 1 x bowden nut (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4570340) 1 x bowden washer (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4570340) additional parts required: 8 x 608 bearings 4 x M8 nylock nuts 4 x m8 nuts 4 x 190mm lengths of m8 threaded rod (I bought a 1200mm length from local hardware)
