Dual scalable cylindrical mounting clip

This is a remix of the screw-mount clip. I needed to clip one cylinder (a bicycle air pump hose) to another (the pump tube). I changed the model to treat each clip separately, offset from the Y-axis with variable distance. Just the large clip has optional lips. The diameter of each clip is arbitrary, I just picked one to be "large". In this design the two cylinders are parallel and the material joining them (the standoff) can vary from zero to whatever you want, but it has one value for thickness and height. This could easily be modified to orient the two clips at right angles or to make their offset material different dimensions. This is my first use of OpenSCAD and I am impressed. Now I have a useful clip and a design which I expect to modify and use again. Thanks to @logan12358 for the original design which gave me a big head start.
