Updated on January 21, 2014, a guide version with multiple offsets (25mm-75mm) has been added to address Replicator 2X's filament guide tube issues. The original post revealed frustration with the inaccessible spools behind the printer and the difficulty in changing them without pulling out and rotating the entire machine. However, a new system was implemented that exceeded expectations, allowing for easy filament routing without needing to move the printer. A note also mentions adjusting the uppermost guide when printing with the hood on. A video demonstrates the setup process and can be found here: http://youtu.be/2asGL8_U6xI. The instructions advise printing at 0.2mm layer height, 1 shell, and 100% concentric fill; supports are required in the default orientation. An old filament tube is suggested to be placed inside the wire loom for added rigidity. Please refer to the video for installation guidance.
