Dual Print E 3d V6 CTC

I am currently in the process of converting my CTC Bizer to an MKS GEN 1.4 printer. Upgrades can be incredibly useful in many different areas. My sled remains a "dual nozzle" setup, equipped with two E3D V6 clones, which makes adapting the existing cablechain crucial - http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1932724. After completing the initial conversion, I discovered the component fan at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:625612, requiring some tinkering to get it working properly. Ultimately, everything had to be integrated with a holder found here - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1655253. My part is a remix of several existing designs: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1655253 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1932724 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:625612 Here are the changes I made: - Adapting the cablechain to fit my printer's configuration. - Modifying the component cooling fan holder for better airflow. - Lowering the original holder for improved hotend alignment. - Adding separate clamping bridges for the E3D V6 clones. Info: Following the print, I drilled all holes with a 2.5mm drill bit for the fans and 3.2mm for other screws. For assembly, you will need: Washers (M3) 6x M3 x 30mm for clamping bridges and mounts 2x M3 x 35mm for component cooling fan holder 8x M3 nuts 14 Screws (M3 x 14mm) for 40 x 40mm fans Changes in Marlin: Nozzle distance is set to: T0 (Right Extruder) = 36.003998 mm, and T1 (Left Extruder) = 0.0 mm. #define HOTEND_OFFSET_X {0.0, 36.003998} // (in mm) for each Extruder, Offset of the hotend on the X axis Measurements for Cura: X min: 82 Y min: 18 X max: 27.5 Y max: 54 All prints were done in PLA and function as intended.
