Dual Pico Hotend Carriage Adapter Designed specifically for Flashforge Creator Pro & Duplicator 4 3D printers but also fits Replicator and other Replicator clone printers. See the teaser picture at https://www.instagram.com/p/BOyXomyjB_Z/. UPDATE: January 2nd, 2017 - Added a cutout to avoid pinching Pico hotend wires when assembling the adapter. Still need to add reliefs for fan wires and a sliding groove to prevent the lower fan block from falling out of place. January 1st, 2017 - Printing a MK5 extruder carriage followed by the DualPico. Will post my build and instructions as soon as possible! April 17th, 2016 - Finally received a pair of groove-mount adapters from B3, so a new revision will be posted shortly. In no time, I'll have two Pico hotends installed on either my Duplicator 4 or Creator Pro. April 2nd, 2016 - Unfortunately, the flat-mount plate doesn't line up, so I'm waiting for groove-mounts to remodel this design (removed the file; read update above). Don't print "Dual_Pico_Carriage_Mockup.stl" as it's only for assembly reference. This version uses the aluminum "cooling bar" to minimize extra hardware required when omitting the cooling bar. Still working on a dual-fan design, but running two fans per hotend won't likely overload the printer due to their low amp requirements. Works with groove-mounts. Currently printing and will post pictures soon! I recommend using a "helper disc" at the corners to prevent warping/peeling of the print as it's quite thick on the bottom. A small helper disc STL file is included for those without one (found in MakerWare, or so I think). Thanks to @DepthDesign3D for sharing your E3D hotend carriage/adapter; seeing it inspired me to come up with this Pico hotend mount design after a long mental brainstorming session.
