Dual Micro Extruder based on V5 from ultibots

This set includes modified micro extruders with a mount plate, spacing j-heads 20mm apart and compatible with Jonas Kuehling's X carriage standard. It is work in progress, yet to be printed, with no guarantees of functionality. Solidworks parts/assemblies are provided, though STLs need cleaning up. Rotate, flip, or mirror print the extruder part and mounting plate by 90 degrees. On 10/10/2013, mounting configuration for extruders was updated, reflected in revised Solidworks files available as a single zip. Required parts include: 4x M3x25 or 30 screws and nuts for motors attachment; 6x M4x20 flat head screws and nuts for bearing attachment; 4x M3x18 screws and nuts to attach extruders to mounting plate; 2x M4x15 screws, nuts to connect dual extruder assembly to carriage. Also essential are 6x 624 bearings, 2x PG35 motors, 2x hobbed gears, 2x heatsinks, 4x M3x30 screws and nuts for idler, along with printed versions of two PG35 fan ducts from Thingiverse.
