Dual MGN9C bracket for modular 2020 D-Bot X-carriage

This is a revised version of printingsome's modular 2020 D-Bot X-Carriage for the D-Bot, found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3350550. I've used low-cost MGN9 rail from China with two MGN9C blocks instead of a single MGN9H block. Measurements were taken from printingsome's part and adjustments were made to accommodate holes for the dual blocks. The blocks need to fit snugly together with 20mm C-C between the closest holes in order for this part to function properly. The design includes M3 holes that are 3.2mm in diameter, as well as 7mm deep by 3mm wide holes for hex heads.
