This is a Dual-Purpose elastic protection band to help protect your ears from 2 different elastic-strap styles of respirator protection masks. Whether your mask has elastic straps that hook around your ears or around the top of your head and neck, these will help with protection against long-term use and give you mask-strap adjustability giving your mask a better seal around your face as well as a more comfortable/tighter fit around your face! 1. The VERTICAL ARROW POSTS (on the horizontal band) offer 4 different tensions to adjust the masks tightness to your face as well as preventing irritation from around your ears when using the type of respirator masks with the around-ear type of elastic fitment straps. 2. The HORIZONTAL SLOTS (above and below the horizontal band) allow you to secure the elastic bands from the type of respirator masks that have the type of elastic fitment straps that wrap around the top of your head and neck so that they don't slide around/off, offer a slightly tighter fit, and also protect your ears from prolonged use.
