I required some premium RJ45 couplers to replace my coupler that was dangling inside the rack. I didn't need a 16 port keystone plate just for two couplers, so I designed and printed a rack mountable bracket that holds two keystone modules. In this case, I used two RJ45 couplers, but you can use it with any keystone module, as far as I think.
