Dual J-Head Kossel Magnet Upgrade

This is an upgraded 20x20 framed deltabot printer using wheeled rail-runners, featuring three major improvements in one package. A: it adds a fourth wheel to the runners, significantly enhancing their sturdiness. B: it replaces traditional rose-joints with more robust 12mm magnets. C: it accommodates two J-head extruders. The upgraded design boasts a dual object-fan shroud powered by a single overhead 40mm fan, ensuring efficient cooling. The extruders are positioned 26mm apart tip-to-tip and 13mm from the center on the X-axis. Additionally, there's an integrated 30mm fan mount-point for hot-end cooling. A notable feature of this design is its lowered effector-plane, which sits just above the print-plane, resulting in a more rigid effector-assembly. The magnets used are standard 12mm OD magnets found at most eBay outlets. However, it's essential to set your feed-rate correctly, as inadequate settings may cause the magnets to be loose. This design has been put into use and has seen significant improvements over its predecessors. A recent update on July 8th, 2016, included the addition of a single J-head effector and clamp plate for users who prefer running with one extruder. The rest of the magnet-setup remains unchanged. On July 11th, 2016, the object-fan underwent a complete redesign. It now features two shrouds powered by a single 40mm fan, eliminating the need for cable-ties. The STL file can be mirrored to create the opposing funnel side. The updated file is named Dual-object-fan-40mm_half.stl. Print settings: * Printer: Deltabot Kossel * Rafts: No * Supports: Doesn't Matter * Resolution: 0.2 or 0.3 * Infill: 30~60, or more if desired Notes: * The shroud may require additional support. * M3 x 20 and 3mm drywall screws are ideal for assembling the parts. * Wheels use standard M5 nuts sunken into the part; extra wheels may need to be purchased. Custom Section: Testing clearance limits on the new object-fan shroud has shown promising results. A max radius test was conducted to ensure it clears all rods, and preliminary findings indicate that it does so successfully.
