V2 Update: Made the every side a little thicker. Switched out the attach point for a square hole. Discovered printing sideways helps with some rigidity as a whole, but can weaken the card “fingers” that hold the card in and get a little ugly. Wanted a thick/tough/rugged id badge holder for two cards. Other holders end up being too thin and break too soon after bumping and catching it on equipment that I work with.So I took an existing badge(linked in remix) and heavily modified it to do a few things.Thick key-ring hole to reduce snapping(I use a zip-tie to hold it onto my clip)thicker walls on every surface to help with rigiditycurved the card holders ends to reduce need for supportsrounded most of the edges to feel better in the handPrint Settings:I've printed multiples so far at different quality. Seems 0.2 - 0.28 is a fine range. Also use supports to hold the top overhangs. Tried recently with two color printing. I did 3 walls with alternating extra walls at 50% to help the keyhole area not break.
