Dual HDD Stack with 80mm Fan Mount & Cutout for Airflow

Designed this for my new NAS with a SAMA IM01 Case. Since a double slot full-height GPU and a 10Gbe NIC are installed, there isn't much space left for my 4 HDDs and sufficient cooling. If you like me, are using a low-power CPU with a low-profile CPU cooler (e.g. i3 13100 with Thermalright AXP90-X47), then there is enough room to fit two 3.5" HDDs on the side panel. The cutout on the top of the rack is meant for the CPU cooler; while the rear chassis fan (the stock 8025 fan or a 12015 fan with the adaptor [here](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6114347)) and the 80mm fan mounted to this rack can ensure a good airflow that cools the two HDDs and even help with the other two mounted on the PSU bracket and the top panel. Note that the rack is pretty compact so it is suggested to fist install the 80mm fan without the HDDs, then the HDDs and at last the SATA power and data cables. If you find the cables touching the fan blades, you can add a grill before installing the fan or change to right angle cables.
