I also updated the design to use "faces" instead of "triangles" to ensure future compatibility. As a note, you'll need to use OpenSCAD 2014.03 or newer; otherwise, the file won't render correctly. Instructions ======================================= then go ahead and get creative! pin_header(); calls the module - your options include: height - sets the total length of the pin, really only useful for male pin headers; default is 12mm upper - sets the length of the pin above the stopper for male pin headers or the height of the plastic shroud for female pin headers; default is 7mm lower - sets the length of the pin below the plastic shroud, this one's only useful for female pin headers; default is 3mm rows - sets the number of rows, that is, how long the header is; default is 3 cols - sets the number of columns, that is, how wide the header is; default is 2 male - sets whether you're producing male or female pin headers; using a value of 1, or leaving out the variable altogether gives you a male header; any other value gets you a female header; default is 1.
