Dual Flex3Drive mount for Ender5

Simple Holder for Dual Flex3Drive for Ender 5. I was told the Ender 3 uses the same carriage as the Ender 5, so this might work for Ender 3 too, but I haven't tested it yet. If you do test it, please comment. Printed in PETG, but any material should work (the stiffer the better, PLA probably works better than PETG). Both nozzles have access to almost the entire bed (max X is about 10mm short for the right nozzle, while the left one reaches the full bed). Mounting - you need to mount the holder to the Ender mount first. Use four M3 screws to fix it in place. Note that there's only about 3-3.5mm clearance between the back of the plate and the extruder, so the head of the M3 screw needs to be under that size. In order to have full X access to the bed, print this endstop holder https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3609543, which allows you to rotate the existing endstop 90 degrees for proper stopping from a plate rather than a wheel. When mounting it, don't use the original M5 screw that goes into the rail; instead, use a T-nut and slide the switch to the right to extend the maximum movement of the extruder carriage to the right. You'll lose a few centimeters on the Z travel! Flex3Drive is soon releasing the G5 mini extruder, so the new dualG5 will probably solve the loss of those few centimeters on the Z too! After mounting the holder to the Ender, attach the Flex3Drive dual extruder with two screws (M3x40). The weight of the holder plus the flex3drive dual extruder, 1.75mm hexagon, and 3.0mm hexagon hotends, along with two fans to cool the hexagons and all required nuts and bolts, comes out to be 240g. This is compared to the TITAN extruder, which weighs 495g when including the hotend, fans, nuts, and bolts. EDIT: The new V9 has an indicator and a bltouch holder integrated.
