Dual Fan Donut Shroud for Folger Tech 2020 Prusa i3

I'm still working on this project and haven't printed the whole thing yet, just some parts. Once I do, I'll upload the pictures. Update 8/6/2015: My measurements for the MK7 extruder assembly were off a bit. I fixed that issue and had to adjust the other two parts to fit correctly. Update: I've uploaded the version with two clamps now. It will clamp onto both the motor and hot end fan. I still need to print these to test their fit. This design should make bridging with PLA much more feasible, which is the main idea behind it. Print it in ABS without supports at a layer height of .2 or .3 mm. I've already printed the donut part successfully and now need to test the fan funnels. I used Repetier Host for printing. Unfortunately, Slic3r prints didn't turn out as well as Cura's did. This design is intended for use with 40mm fans. I'm currently working on making it easier to put on and take off by adding two clamps: one in the back, like this design, and another in the front. I'll upload the updated version as soon as I finish working on it. P.S. According to Cura estimates, printing at a .3 mm layer height will take about 2 hours, but may actually take around 2:30 or 2:45. At a .2 mm layer height, Cura estimates 3 hours, so the actual time will likely be around 4 hours.
