I've modified a version of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1892656 to concentrate airflow more through the nozzle and less underneath, and I've also moved the left nozzle slightly forward. After testing several versions, this one gives me the best results with two Noctua fans at 40x40mm and 12v. I recently added a v2 version that's even more open, allowing for better airflow.
