Dual Extrusion Cooling Duct With 80mm Fan

This part is designed to cool both the heat sink and create a curtain of air around the nozzle, effectively cooling the part. Originally created for the E3D V6, I have successfully used it with several different extruders since then. When tightened down, it exhibits a slight bowing effect, which pushes the rear end closer to the print bed; however, this has not resulted in any noticeable performance issues so far. For a clear understanding of its dimensions, I've included a picture from the Inventor file, where you can see the bolt hole specifications. Please note that I had to connect it to a machined piece of aluminum due to some unusual dimensions. You may refer to the 'Extruder Clamp' image for detailed measurements of the machined parts. The part was printed with support and 10% infill.
