Dual extruder-updated bmg mount for CR-10

This is a remix of my CR-10 BMG/Regular Extruder Mount. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4028218 Two extruders can now be mounted on one side of the CR-10 with this design. Please consider upgrading to a dual Z-axis setup or using a stronger stepper motor for better results. I personally use the original stepper motor with single lead screws, and it works fine as long as the stepper drivers are active. Print this model with ABS because PLA will become soft if your motors overheat, especially during high-temperature prints or long print jobs. Zip ties are required to keep the wires in place. Some minor bending is expected with this design, but it shouldn't be enough to hit your print. If that happens, you might not have printed it correctly. You may want to use M3x10/16 and x20 screws for regular extruders if the original screws are too short. For BMG scrows, the original screws should be sufficient.
