Dual extruder offset tuning tool
pinshape
I created this tool to fine-tune the alignment between dual extruders' heads. This design was influenced by a thread on the Makergear forum. Instructions: This is a Vernier scale where each line signifies a 0.05 mm shift. Print this with two extruders and observe when they align. If your offset is precise, alignment should occur near the middle (long) line. It's still tricky to determine the exact offset, but the example in the photograph suggests that the white line should be about ~.1mm to the left; currently, it's too far to the right as the white represents the right extruder.
